With the credit pass, you have the possibility to grant your customers a certain number of credits against a one-off payment (example: 10-credit pass). Your customer can then exchange these credits for a course. In this article, we'll show you how to create a credit pass and explain how they work.

How the Credit Pass works

When purchasing a 10-credit pass, the customer has 10 available credits which they can use to attend a course. If the participant is booked in for a course, each credit will be deducted automatically. You can easily see this in either the event or customer view.
If the customer is cancelled by you in FitogramPro, you can choose whether the credit is to be refunded.
