We sincerely thank you for choosing FitogramPro and for your continued loyalty. This affects all FitogramPro accounts, including users of the free version.
Why is FitogramPro shutting down?
FitogramPro has been in maintenance mode for some time. This state of affairs neither meets our expectations for the product, nor reflects the quality we want to offer you as a FitogramPro user. Therefore, we have decided to shut down the software in order for you to have a better experience with your next booking and management software, the Eversports Manager.

What happens to my FitogramPro account?
Your FitogramPro Account will automatically be downgraded to the free package on December 31, 2024. You can downgrade manually before this date, following the guideline in question 7.
Until when do I have access to my account?
You will have access to your FitogramPro account until 31.12.2024, having chosen the Eversports Manager or another booking software prior to this date is therefore crucial for a seamless transition.

You have the option to export all Your FitogramPro data to your new Eversports account:
How can I extract my data?
Choosing Eversports Manager as your software provider gives you the advantage to export the following data from your FitogramPro account directly to the Eversports platform:
Customers
We will export all your customers and trainers, including names, email addresses, notes and tags.
Locations
We export your location data, including addresses and descriptions
Products (Creditpasses, Course Products and Contracts)
We export all your products that you have set up and that can be purchased, including archived and private products. Additionally, all products that have been purchased by a customer and are available in the customers accounts.
Events
We export all your events, past and future ones. The events include the date, start time, end time, the number of available seats, the location and trainer.
Bookings
We export all past and future bookings that your customers have made.
Exporting your FitogramPro data and importing it on the Eversports manager system
To start the export, log into your FitogramPro account and click on the export option located on the top left side of your screen.
Enter your authentication token provided by Eversports Manager and click on ‘start export’ please note that depending on the amount of data needed to be exported, this process could take up to 30 minutes.
Once the export is completed, a confirmation will appear

Once your import on Eversports is completed, prepare your FitogramPro account for deletion. Follow these next steps carefully to make sure none of your customers can accidentally still book via FitogramPro when you are now using the Eversports Manager system:
Step 1) Export your accounting data manually
Accounting data, including B2B and B2C invoices, must be manually exported from your side. To assist you with this process, we recommend reviewing these articles to ensure a smooth and accurate export. These articles will guide you step-by-step through the extraction of your invoices and other relevant accounting data.
Step 2) Downgrade your FitogramPro Package
If you are currently subscribed to a paid package, it’s important to downgrade your subscription to a free plan before cleaning up your account. This can be done from the FitogramPro dashboard in the subscription settings. Go to Settings -> Your FitogramPro Account -> Your FitogramPro Package -> Upgrade Subscription.
Step 3) Set products offline
Within the products section, go to -> edit details -> booking details, the product can be set to “Available online?” Select - No.
This will make the product disappear from the Booking Tool and it will not be purchasable any more.
Step 4) Deactivate all online payment methods
Go to settings -> accounting & payments -> payment methods. All payment methods in this overview should get deactivated. This will stop automated payments from customers and will make the payment method disappear from the Booking Tool.
Step 5) Remove the Booking Tool or Booking Tool link from the website
If the Fitogram Booking Tool is implemented on the website of the studio, this should be removed and taken down. The link to the Eversports Booking Page can be inserted instead.
