2. Branded App: Disconnecting the Integration
If you are using a branded app, you must disconnect this integration. Reach out to the support team or access your app settings in FitogramPro to properly disconnect the app before closing the account.
3. Products: Informing Members & Archiving Contracts
As a partner, it is your responsibility to inform your members of any changes. Make sure to:
Notify your members of any discontinuation or changes in service.
Archive all active contracts and credits for your products, ensuring no loose ends remain.

4. Customers: Downloading Customer Data
You will need to download all customer data directly from FitogramPro. This ensures that you have your records saved and can export them for future use. 5. Downloading Invoice Records (your payouts, invoices for FitogramPro package, customers’ invoices)
To maintain proper accounting records, ensure you download all invoices from FitogramPro. Head to the "Invoices" section to retrieve your billing information for tax and legal purposes.

6. Payments: Disconnect Stripe Integration
If you use Stripe for payment processing:
Disconnect your Stripe payments from FitogramPro.
Ensure you also disconnect your personal Stripe account to avoid further charges or payments linked to the account.

7. Integrations (Video on Demand, ZOOM): Deleting Videos & Disconnecting Integration
If you’ve been using the VOD (Video on Demand) or ZOOM feature:
