After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue FitogramPro and close down our software, effective 31st December 2024. We sincerely thank you for choosing FitogramPro and for your continued loyalty.

Why is FitogramPro shutting down?

FitogramPro has been in maintenance mode for some time. This state of affairs neither meets our expectations for the product, nor reflects the quality we want to offer you as a FitogramPro user. Therefore, we have decided to shut down the software in order for you to have a better experience with your next booking and management software, the Eversports Manager.

Why did you partner up with Eversports?

Eversports Manager is a leading provider of management software for fitness, sports, and yoga studios. The Eversports Manager offers all the features of FitogramPro, including scheduling, billing, customer relationship management, and online bookings. What sets Eversports Manager apart is its ability to drive business growth by engaging your community and boosting visibility through the Eversports marketplace. Trusted by over 4,000 partner studios across Europe, the Eversports Manager is a proven and reliable choice. For these reasons, we are confident that Eversports Manager is the right software partner to support your business.

As an Urban Sports Club partner, you also benefit from using Eversports for the same price as FitogramPro for 12 months.

Urban Sports Club now carries an Eversports integration. This means that once your Eversports account is activated, you will be able to seamlessly connect your Eversports schedule to the Urban Sports system, and you will also be able to export your FitogramPro data to Eversports.

Until when do I have access to my Fitogram account?

You will have access to your FitogramPro account until 31.12.2024, having chosen Eversports Manager or another booking software prior to this date is therefore crucial for a seamless transition.

I am an Urban Sports Club partner choosing Eversports as my next booking system platform, what are the next steps?

After having created your new Eversports account, and before we can activate your Urban Sports Club integration to Eversports, we need to migrate your current FitogramPro account to our Partner Portal. Partner Portal was designed specifically for Urban Sports Club partners, allowing you to add and manage your Urban Sports Club schedule and bookings directly and independently, or to allow an API connection to be activated.

Here are the steps we need to take before activating your Eversports integration:

1. Export your data on Fitogram pro and import it on the Eversports manager system 📤

2. Take all the necessary steps to close your Fitogram account and be ready to migrate to Partner Portal 👣

3. Send our support team all the necessary details to activate the integration.

Following this article, fill out your details with your Location(s) UUID. Our team will automatically receive your form as soon as it is submitted. With these details, our support team will be able to activate the integration, and will send you a confirmation as soon as the integration is activated.

1. Export your data on Fitogram pro and import it on the Eversports manager system

Choosing Eversports as your software provider gives you the advantage to export the following data from your Fitogram Pro account directly to the Eversports platform:

  • Customers

    • We will export all your customers and trainers, including names, email addresses, notes and tags.

  • Locations

    • We export your location data, including addresses and descriptions

  • Products (Creditpasses, Course Products and Contracts)

    • We export all your products that you have set up and that can be purchased, including archived and private products. Additionally, all products that have been purchased by a customer and are available in the customers accounts.

  • Events

    • We export all your events, past and future ones. The events include the date, start time, end time, the number of available seats, the location and trainer.

  • Bookings

    • We export all past and future bookings that your customers have made.

To start the export, log into your Fitogram Pro account and click on the export option located on the top left side of your screen.

Enter your authentication token provided by Eversports Manager and click on ‘start export’ please note that depending on the amount of data needed to be exported, this process could take up to 30 minutes.

Once the export is completed, a confirmation will appear:

Once your import on Eversports is completed, prepare your Fitogram account for deletion and follow the next steps to make sure none of your customers accidentally still book via Fitogram when you are now using the Eversports Manager system:

Export your accounting data manually

Accounting data, including B2B and B2C invoices, must be manually exported from your side. To assist you with this process, we recommend reviewing these articles to ensure a smooth and accurate export. These articles will guide you step-by-step through the extraction of your invoices and other relevant accounting data.

Downgrade your FitogramPro Package

If you are currently subscribed to a paid package, it’s important to downgrade your subscription to a free plan before cleaning up your account. This can be done from the FitogramPro dashboard in the subscription settings. Go to Settings -> Your FitogramPro Account -> Your FitogramPro Package -> Upgrade Subscription.

Set products offline

Within the products section, go to -> edit details -> booking details, the product can be set to “Available online?” Select - No.

This will make the product disappear from the Booking Tool and it will not be purchasable any more.

Deactivate all online payment methods

Go to settings -> accounting & payments payment methods. All payment methods in this overview should get deactivated. This will stop automated payments from customers and will make the payment method disappear from the Booking Tool.

Remove the Booking Tool or Booking Tool link from the website

If the Fitogram Booking Tool is implemented on the website of the studio, this should be removed and taken down. The link to the Eversports Booking Page can be inserted instead.

3. Send our support team all the necessary details to activate the integration.

Following this article, fill out your details with your Location(s) UUID. Our team will automatically receive your form as soon as it is submitted. With these details, our support team will be able to activate the integration, and will send you a confirmation as soon as the integration is activated.

I am an Urban Sports Club partner choosing another booking system platform

Whether or not you choose to use another booking platform compatible with Urban Sports Club via an API connection, it is essential to migrate your FitogramPro account to the Urban Sports Club Partner Portal. Partner Portal was designed specifically for Urban Sports Club partners, allowing you to add and manage your Urban Sports Club schedule and bookings directly and independently. Additionally, it supports the activation of an API connection, should you decide to integrate with another booking system.

Follow these next steps to get your FitogramPro account ready to be migrated to Partner Portal, before you lose access to your FitogramPro account on 31.12.2024:

Downgrade your FitogramPro Package

If you are currently subscribed to a paid package, it’s important to downgrade your subscription to a free plan before cleaning up your account.
