My Profile is not showing in the App, what can I do?

If your Urban Sports Club profile isn't showing in our app or on our website, it could be due to several reasons. 

1. You Haven’t Added Any Classes or Free Training

For your profile to be visible in our app, you must have either a class or free training listed in your profile. Without this, Urban Sports Club members won’t be able to find you in the app.

If you haven't created a class or free training yet, you can read how to create, edit, or even delete a class here.

2. You Haven’t Added or Have Entered an Incorrect Address

For your profile to appear in our app, you must have entered a correct location. Please check in your Partner Portal whether your location is correctly listed. You can find your location under Studio > Locations > Select your location > General.

3. Your Location Has Been Assigned Incorrectly

It may happen that your location has been assigned to the wrong area or district in our system, which is why it’s not visible in the app. If you have already checked scenarios 1 and 2, please contact our Partner Support team, and we will verify if your location is correctly assigned.
