After your Partner Portal account has been activated, you will receive an email with your login credentials for the Partner Portal. This email will be sent from the following address: [email protected].
Please note: It is not possible to use your Partner Tool password for the initial login. The login email address will be the same, but login is only possible with the password provided in the email.
Possible Scenarios
Scenario 1: I cannot find the invitation email
Please check your email inbox and spam folder again for the invitation email. You can also search for the sender’s email address: [email protected].
If you cannot find the email with your login credentials, go to the Partner Portal login page and use the same email address from the Partner Tool to request a new password. This will send you an email to reset your password.
Scenario 2: You logged into the Partner Portal with the Partner Tool password
The Partner Portal and the Partner Tool are two different platforms. Therefore, it is not possible to perform the initial login with the Partner Tool password. You should have received your Partner Portal credentials from the address [email protected]. Please follow the steps from Scenario 1.
Scenario 3: I can no longer see my payouts and course schedule as usual
You may have logged in with your FitogramPro credentials. Please log in with your Partner Portal credentials that we sent you from [email protected]. Please follow the steps from Scenario 1.
Scenario 4: I received the email, but it does not contain a password
In rare cases, the invitation email may be sent without a password. Please follow the steps from Scenario 1 and request a new password.
Scenario 5: I used FitogramPro and was migrated to the Partner Portal
In this case, you can use your usual FitogramPro login credentials. After the account transfer, you can no longer log into FitogramPro.
Scenario 6: I cannot log into my FitogramPro account
You have both a FitogramPro and a Partner Portal account, both managed with the same email address. Please follow the steps from Scenario 1 and request a new password if you cannot find the invitation email in your inbox.
