Would you like to offer online classes for your studio? In this article, we will show you how to set up and run your online classes. Please note, that you can only offer online classes if this is part of your contractual agreement with Urban Sports Club.

If you want to create a new class, simply click on the "+ New event" button at the top right of the home page.

The following must be set up for all online classes:

Are you looking for the best platform for your online classes?

We think that Skype and Zoom to be the best and easiest solutions to create online classes. If you want to use a different platform, you can do that too.

1. Click on the relevant appointment from the start page

2. Add the previously created streaming link in the check-in area of the event at least 60 minutes before the start of the online class.

This link will be automatically sent to your customers by email. Alternatively, they can dial into the livestream via the Urban Sports Club App.

Attention: In the field "Insert the link to your stream here" please only insert the meeting link. This is not to be confused with the meeting invitation generated by Zoom, for example.

A few minutes before the event, make sure that everything is set for the livestream: internet connection, webcam, microphone, room light.

An automated email will be sent to all participants 15 minutes before the start of the online class. This email contains the link that your customers can use to access the live stream.

Please note: If you have not inserted the link to the live stream in Partner Portal in time (at least 60 minutes before the start of the class), no email will be sent to your participants.

When it is time to hold your class, enter your virtual class and check the presence of the participants. Participants will automatically be marked as present when they click on the link in the email.
