Through Partner Portal, you can manage not only a class schedule but also appointments for your offerings (e.g., massages or EMS sessions). Members have different booking options depending on the booking method.

How do I create an appointment for my offering without instant booking?

If you are already using a different booking method (e.g., booking via phone, email, or external booking software) rather than direct booking through the Urban Sports Club app, we recommend creating a Free Training. In the "Important Information" section of your location profile, you can then include the relevant booking details (such as the link to your external booking software or email address). Members can use your specified booking method to contact you directly and arrange an appointment, then check in on-site through the Free Training. How do I create an appointment for my offering with instant booking in the app?

If you'd like to create and offer appointments directly through Partner Portal, you can do this by creating a class for your appointment. This will make the appointment visible and bookable for Urban Sports Club members directly through the app. You can find a detailed guide on creating classes/appointments in this article. When setting up your appointment, make sure to input the correct time frame and the appropriate number of available spots (e.g., for massage appointments).
