Class

“Classes” are regularly held events without a specific start and end date. You can join at any time.

Example: Morning sport. The "Morning sport" class takes place three times a week from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Anyone who is interested can participate spontaneously at any time.

Course

"Course" means a closed course. There is a planned start and end date and it is not necessarily possible to join at any time.

Example: Marathon preparation. The "Marathon preparation" course takes place several times a year over several weeks. However, there is still a start and end date. A later start is possible, but not recommended, as the level of difficulty increases every week.

Workshop

“Workshops" often have a very limited number of participants and take place over a short period of time.

Example: Massages for beginners. "Massages for beginners" is a workshop that takes place over a certain weekend and lasts several hours. This workshop is a "special event" which only takes place every so often.

Retreat

A "Retreat" is exactly what it says - a form of retreat from everyday life. A retreat contains relaxing and often spiritual elements.

Example: Yoga Trip. The "Yoga Trip" is an event lasting several days during which you can leave everyday life behind you. Spontaneous participation is not often encouraged here.

Preventions

“Prevention” serves to maintain and improve health. The main target groups are "healthy individuals". Preventions often do not have an official start and end date, but are instead offered in several units.

Example: Health insurance course. The "Health insurance course" is supported by the health insurance of the participants. Participants must complete a certain number of units.

Appointments

"Appointments" are events/units with one person. These include personal training sessions, nutritional advice or massages. Occasionally, more than one person can participate. The creation of "appointments" in FitogramPro works differently to other event types.

Open Training

"Open Training" means that customers can train as they wish without set trainers or instructions. For this reason, the settings for the trainer and maximum number of participants are not required for this event type.
