How do I check the dispatch of customer notifications?

Check when and whether emails are being sent to your customers.

In FitogramPro, you have the possibility to track all email notifications sent to your customers.

You do this in the notification summary that you will find in the respective customer’s profile.

Click on the "Notifications"- button in the customer's profile. A new pop-up window will now open with an overview of all notifications sent by email for

  • invitations to your online booking system

  • purchases

  • cancellations

  • bookings.

Here you can find the date as well as the exact time at which the email notification was sent. 

REMEMBER 💡 - You can customize the text of the automatic notifications directly via the settings tab and then notifications.
