In order to have an overview stating which of your participants actually took part in your course, you can simply record their attendance.

1. Select the appropriate event on the dashboard
2. The Check-In area opens.
3. Click on "Check-in" to mark the customer as present
4. Click on the three small dots to the right and select "Absent" to mark the customer       as absent

Please note

If you book in the customer manually in FitogramPro, they will immediately be marked as "Present", because then they are most likely standing in front of you to have booked the course.

If a customer books online
, they will not be marked as "Present" or "Absent", as it is not yet clear whether they are actually participating in the course. You can find out how to book a new or existing customer directly via the check-in area here.
