Motivated participants with a credit pass sometimes like to bring friends with them to get them excited about the sport as well. So, some of them want to share their credit pass with their friends. No problem!
To allow multiple people to use the same credit pass or the same contract, proceed as follows:
Go to the Check-In area of the respective event.
Book in the customer who owns the credit pass.
Book in the customer again.
A pop-up window will open which explains that this customer has already been booked in successfully.
In the pop-up window, select the customer who is going to use the same product.
Click on "Apply".
After clicking on "Apply", the product of the original customer will be used more than once. This can be seen in the check-in area.
