You can easily use the dashboard to confirm a customer’s presence for a specific event. In FitogramPro, this is called check-in.

  1. In the "Other" area, click on the event for which you want to register a customer.
  2. On the right-hand side you will see the details of the event and a box with the title "Select a customer to check in".
  3. You can select the name of an existing customer in the customer database from the dropdown menu. If they are a new customer, you can quickly enter the most important information (first name, last name, email and phone number) directly from the dashboard by clicking “Check in new customer".
  4. The customer’s name will now appear under the Bookings section. Make sure the customer is associated with a valid product. In the case of new users, you can easily add the product they just purchased by clicking "Add product". 

The customer you have just registered will automatically be marked as present.
