How do I check in my customers?

You would like to check in your participants via your mobile phone? No problem! We will show you how.

With a step-by-step guide you will learn in this article, how to check in your participants on your mobile phone with the mobile version of Fitogram Pro.

Step 1: To start the check in, open the class via the calendar view of your schedule.

Step 2: In the next step, please select the blue button "check in" next to the present participants. The button will then change to a check mark.

Step 3: In the final step of your check in please select the blue button "close". A new window will open to confirm the check in. To do so, please select "Close Check In".

Now all your present participants are successfully checked in! This information will automatically be forwarded to the desktop version of FitogramPro, so you can also check the status there.
