Why are my opening hours important?

Your opening hours are displayed in your profile and visible to Urban Sports Club members. It is essential to ensure that any changes to your opening hours, such as on public holidays or during vacation periods, are updated in your Urban Sports Club profile. This helps provide the best possible experience for members, ensuring no one arrives at a closed studio unexpectedly.

⚠️ Important: If your studio is fully closed, make sure your opening hours reflect this and that none of your classes are visible or bookable in the schedule during the closure.

Where can I edit my opening hours?

You can edit your opening hours anytime in Partner Portal under Studio > Locations > Select your location > Adjust opening hours.

How can I edit my opening hours?

Activate the toggle next to the days of the week to set which days your studio is open. You can then input the exact opening hours manually or by using the clock function.

To add additional opening and closing times, click the plus symbol to the right of the day’s row. This is particularly useful if your studio is not open continuously throughout the day. You can add as many time slots as needed. To delete a slot, click the minus symbol.

Are your opening hours the same every day? Simply click the “Copy to all” button to apply the same opening hours across all days.

My opening hours are based on my class schedule, what should I do?

If you run a class-only studio, you can display a notice on your profile stating that your opening hours depend on your class or appointment times. This notice will be shown in the language you selected in Partner Portal. To activate this feature, toggle the switch below the opening hours.
