Where can I see my Check-ins?

In the Partner Portal, you can find your Check-ins in two places: Either in the overview of each class or in your Attendance overview. In this article, we explain the Attendance overview.

Where can I find my Attendance overview?

If you want to see who checked in on a specific day or time, you can do so with the Check-in list. You can find it in the left menu under "Attendance Overview."

What is the purpose of the Attendance overview?

If you work at the reception, it's helpful to know who checked in using the QR code throughout the day. The Check-in list helps with your work by showing who checked in and at what time.

Important: The use of the list is different from the Check-in list in your old Partner Tool.

What are the benefits of the Attendance overview:

  • Overview: You can find all current Check-ins listed, giving you a clear view of who has checked into your studio.

  • Live Check-ins: As soon as an Urban Sports Club member checks in, you’ll see the real-time Check-in in your Check-in list.

  • Search and filter function: With the filter and search function, you can easily filter your check-ins by class or location, or search by name.

Attendance Overview – Filter Function

By default, your list shows all Check-ins for the current day. The newest Check-ins are displayed at the top of the list.

However, you also have the option to search for members who checked in on previous days or for a specific class. We offer several filters for a personalized view.

You can filter by the following criteria:

  • Filter function date:
    Select a date range by choosing a start and end date.

  • Filter function event:
    All active event groups can be selected from a drop-down menu.

  • Filter function locations:
    All active locations can be selected from a drop-down menu.

The results will be displayed in a list format.

What does the Attendance overview not show?

As usual, you can still see the Check-in list in your old Partner Tool. However, note that the lists differ, and the Check-in list in the Partner Portal is not intended for comparing your payouts. The Check-in list in the Partner Portal shows you all direct booking forms made through the Urban Sports Club App.

Membership details (membership number + type) are currently missing. We are working on a solution for this as soon as possible.

As usual, you can still see the Check-in list in your old Partner Tool. Please note: If a manual Check-in is added, this Check-in will not appear in the list in your Partner Portal. We are working on displaying these as well.

The Check-in list in the Partner Portal does not show Late Cancellations and No-shows. These can be viewed in the respective courses.
