First of all, the calendar gives you a practical overview of all your events. You can view single days but also an entire week and access specific events.

To access the calendar select "calendar" from the menu bar on the left hand side of your screen.

The calendar view will open.

Via the arrows in the middle above the calendar you can easily switch between days/weeks.

In the top right corner you can find the button "Day", which allows you to switch between a daily and weekly view. By selecting the button you can then choose "Week" from the drop down menu and the calendar will switch accordingly to show you an entire week of events.

On the left hand side you can see a little version of a monthly calendar, with which you can easily switch between days or weeks by clicking on the respective day. By doing so, the calendar view will automatically change accordingly.

Below that you can see a list view of all your events of the selected day, sorted by starting times.

Is this small calendar in your way, you can simple hide it by clicking on "Hide list" above it. Via "Show list" you can open up the side bar again.

By clicking on an event you will be forwarded to the event check in. This also allows you to access the edit window via the button "edit" (on the check in page). You can find out more on how to edit an event here.

Tipp: By placing your mouse courser directly on an event, but without clicking it, a small window with an overview of the full event name, the trainer and the time will shop up.
