Perhaps the time or the location of your class has changed and you would like to contact your participants? Read below for some information on this and how to reach out to your customers:

For your studio members:

  • Cancellation: If you have cancelled your class, your members will receive an email notification with the information and your personal note (if you have added one).

  • Information about a change or similar: You can easily download all email addresses from your participants to then send then an email via your personal email software. Therefore open the event, select ‘event options’ and ‘copy email addresses’. You can then use these email addresses to send out a message to all at the same time.

For Urban Sports Club members:

  • Cancellation: If you have cancelled your class, the Urban Sports Club members will receive an email notification with the information, but without the personal note (if you have added one).

  • Information about a change or similar: Unfortunately it is not possible to contact Urban Sports Club members from FitogramPro due to data security reasons. If you wish to contact members, please reach out to the Urban Sports Club support team. You can contact them via this form.
