In the Partner Portal, you have access to your Urban Sports Club invoices at any time under "Payouts" in the menu on the left side and can download them using the download function.
Please note that the payment for all monthly check-ins is transferred to our partners on the 15th of the following month. From that point on, the invoice will be available for download in the Partner Portal.
What are the benefits of the payout function?

How can I filter my invoices?
For better clarity, you have the option to filter payouts by date/month. Simply click on the dates in the upper right corner, and a calendar will appear from which you can select the desired period.
What should I do if I have questions or problems with my invoice?
If you have any questions or issues regarding your invoice, please contact our Partner Support Team via the contact form and select the reason "Questions about payouts."
