Where can I find my check-in QR code?
Have you misplaced your QR code and can't find it? No problem! In the Partner Portal, you can always find a digital version of your Urban Sports Club check-in QR code.
You can easily download a PDF version of your QR code in the Partner Portal. Go to Studio > Locations > Select your location > QR Code.
Then click on "Download" and save the QR code to your PC or smartphone. Simply print the PDF, or use the mobile version on your phone for member check-ins.
⚠️ Please make sure to select the correct language before downloading the QR code.
How can I request a new Check-in QR code?
Is your QR code worn out, bent, or illegible? We will be happy to send you a new QR code.
If you need a new printed QR code, including a stand, please contact our Partner Support team using this contact form. Click "Leave a message" in the form and select "Check-ins" and then "I need a new QR code."
Please provide the following information in the form:
Location name
Quantity and format of the desired QR code (A5 stand or A6 card)
Complete shipping address
We will send you a new QR code by mail as soon as possible. Please note that shipping may take several weeks. In the meantime, please use the PDF version, which you can download from the Partner Portal.
