Why are my profile texts important?
A complete and optimized profile includes a concise and informative profile text that contains all the important and relevant information about your studio and services. This text helps Urban Sports Club members get a good impression of what to expect from you. Here, you have the opportunity to write a short description that showcases your offerings, location, philosophy, and history.
Where can I edit my profile texts?
You can edit your profile texts in Partner Portal under Studio > Locations > Select your location > Edit details.
What should I include in my profile text?
Tips and suggestions:
Start with a general introduction to the sport you offer and its key features.
What qualifies you as a trainer?
What benefits do you provide to members?
What sets you apart from other providers?
Do you offer a unique sport? Briefly describe your offering.
Finally, encourage members to visit you!
What to avoid:
No one should be excluded; everyone is welcome!
Advertising extra services not included in the partnership.
Unapproved additional fees.
Important information such as registration details or the meeting point can be added in the Important Information section. Please ensure that your profile text is grammatically correct, well-structured with paragraphs, and of appropriate length.

Why is my important information important?
Important Information helps our members plan their visit to your location as effectively as possible! In this section, you can highlight specific details about your location, so members know what to expect in advance.
Where can I edit my important information?
You can edit your important information in the Partner Portal under Studio > Locations > Select your location > Edit details. See screenshot above.
What should I include in my important information?
Here are some examples of information to include:
Details about the registration process and your contact information
Information about any required equipment (e.g., towel or yoga mat)
Possible rental fees
Information about the meeting point or directions
Exceptions to opening hours
Your studio’s house rules
Additional services your studio offers that are not part of Urban Sports Club but can be accessed with direct payment by members
Please note that only information relevant to the partnership and agreed upon with our Partner Management Team should be included in the Important Information section (e.g., registration process, rental fees, etc.).
