How do I access my bookings?
In the Partner Portal, you can view Urban Sports Club members' bookings in the respective class overview. Simply click on the event for which you want to see your bookings. It doesn’t matter whether you click on the event from your homepage, the calendar, or the event overview.
Where can I see my bookings?
Once you've selected your event, you'll be directed to a page where you can see all the bookings for the chosen event.
On the right-hand side, you’ll also see a class overview with additional information (class name, date, location, number of booked and available spots).
How can I filter my bookings?
Do you have events with many participants and a lot of bookings? Would you like a clearer view? No problem! In the class overview, you can easily filter your bookings. You have the following options:
Date ascending
Date descending
A-Z
Z-A
When and how do my bookings turn into check-ins?
Once Urban Sports Club members who have booked your class check in at your studio using the QR code, their booking will turn into a check-in in your Partner Portal. The symbol next to the member’s name shows whether they have checked in or not:
The symbols are:
Yellow waiting symbol: The member has booked your class but hasn't checked in yet.
Red cross: The member has booked your class but didn’t check in and didn’t attend the class (No-show).
Green checkmark: The member has successfully checked in to your class.
