You can edit your already created events easily and quickly as well in the mobile version of FitogramPro. Find out exactly how this works in this article.

Changes in a single event

To make changes for a single event in the mobile version, start with selecting the respective event on your starting page.

The page with the event details will then open. There you can see the edit button in the upper right corner. If you click on this button, you will see various options for editing your event:

In the Edit event section you can see the general information about your event. If necessary, you can adjust the following settings here:

  • Basic information

    • Name of the event

    • Availability in your online booking tool

    • Event description

    • Maximum seats for participants

  • Event schedule

    • Start and end date

    • Start and end time

  • Booking details

    • Booking window (available from the S package)

    • Cancellation window

After adjusting your settings in this section, please remember to save them by clicking on the blue Confirm-button!

If you want to change the location of your event on the spur of the moment, you can do this under Change location. There you will find all the locations you have saved in Fitogram, so that you can easily assign your event to another location.

If you spontaneously need to change the trainer for your event, e.g. due to illness, you can do this under Change trainer.

By clicking on Cancel event you cancel your event. If necessary, you can also send a personal message to your participants. You confirm the cancellation with a click on

the blue Cancel Event-button. Your participants will now receive an email informing them of the cancellation. For more information on cancelling an event, see this article.

Changes in an event group

In the mobile version it is currently not yet possible to make changes to an event group. You can find out how to make such changes in the desktop version here.
