In this article, you will learn about what kind of notification we send to Urban Sports Club members or to you as a partner

1) Notifications to Urban Sports Club members

The Urban Sports Club members automatically receive notifications about their bookings in the following cases:

  • When the member is booking a class,

  • When the member booking was not successful, thus the booking is being declined,

  • The member is cancelling a class,

  • The partner cancelled the class, then the member booking will be cancelled at the same time.

The member will be notified automatically by Urban Sports Club without any changes on your part.

However, if you as a partner are updating or doing other modifications on the class or the event group, the Urban Sports Club member will not be notified about it.

2) Notification to you as a partner

You have the possibility to enable the following notifications from your user profile:

  • The Urban Sports Club member is booking a new class on the application,

  • The Urban Sports Club member is cancelling a class on the application.

Where should I go to enable the notifications?

It is simple. Click on your name, then User Profile. You will see on your profile the section for the e-mail notifications. Click on the menu and enable the notifications you need.
