What notifications are available?
You have the option to activate the following notifications:
A member books a new class
A member cancels a class
Where can I manage the notifications?
You can manage your email notifications in your user profile. To access your user profile, click on your name in the upper right corner and then select "User Profile."
How can I activate or deactivate my notifications?
You can easily activate or deactivate notifications in your user profile by toggling the switch next to the corresponding feature.
How are Urban Sports Club members notified about their bookings?
Urban Sports Club members receive automatic notifications in the following cases:
When a member books a class
When a class booking fails or is rejected
When the member cancels the class
When the studio cancels the class. In this case, all bookings are automatically cancelled, and the member is notified as well.
Members are automatically notified by the Urban Sports Club system. You as a partner don't need to do anything.
⚠️ Important: However, if you as a partner update the class or the event group or make any other changes, Urban Sports Club members are not automatically informed about these changes.
