Let's get started! You will shortly receive a confirmation by email. Alternatively, we can make this change manually on your request.

Do I have to provide my account details when I register?

No, you do not have to provide your account details when you register. We only ask for your account details when you want to upgrade to a paid package.

What payment methods do you accept for your upgrade packages?

Our upgraded packages can be paid on a monthly basis by credit card or SEPA mandate.

How do I downgrade to a cheaper package or cancel my contract?

You can downgrade to another package by logging into your FitogramPro account and going to "Your FitogramPro account" in settings. There you can downgrade to a cheaper package under "Update package". All packages can be cancelled on a monthly basis with 2 weeks notice, except for active cases of the Branded Studio app. The studio app has a minimum contract period of one year. Therefore you have to wait until the end of your contract to downgrade to a cheaper package (Free or S package).
