Your customers still have an old scorecard, which should now be transferred to Fitogram? Here we show you how this works

You are currently converting your Booking System from manual to digital and would like to enter your Customers, who still have an active Credit Pass, into the system so that the remaining Credits on the Credit Pass can be redeemed digitally in the future? With the following instructions, we will show you how to do this.

  1. Open the Customer Profile

  2. Click on the button "Add Product

  3. Select the corresponding Credit Pass

  4. Set the Pass with the purchase date of the day you assign the card to your Customer ("At the current date")

  5. As a Payment Method, you can use all the methods you have activated

-> IMPORTANT!!! If the Pass has already been paid for, do not select "Cash" because it has already been paid for and a double-entry will be made in your accounting.

6. Click on the three vertical dots next to the payment status

7. Select the option "Product Details"

8. In the new pop-up window you can now set the amount to 0,- € because the card has already been paid in the past and also adjust the remaining credits the customer still has on his not-yet digital point card.
