Cancel a Booking

  1. On the dashboard, click on the event for which the customer wishes to cancel his booking. 

  2. Under "Bookings" search for the customer’s name

  3. Click on the three dots on the right side next to the customer.

  4. Select "Cancel" from the drop-down menu.

  5. Select "with refund" or "without refund" of credits
