Add Product to a Customer

When a customer buys an offered product, such as a ticket or subscription, you can easily add the purchase to their customer card.

Assigning the Purchased Product to a Customer

  1. Enter the name of the customer in the search bar in the top right-hand corner

  2. Click on "Add Product"

  3. Select the purchased product from the dropdown menu

  4. Define whether the purchase is valid from today’s date or from a later date

  5. Select the payment method. If customers have not yet paid, select "Pay later". This option is only visible if it has been previously selected under Settings > Payment Methods 

  6. Click on "Confirm" to save
