When a customer buys an offered product, such as a ticket or subscription, you can easily add the purchase to their customer card.
Assigning the Purchased Product to a Customer
- Enter the name of the customer in the search bar in the top right-hand corner
- Click on Add Product
- Select the purchased product from the dropdown menu
- Define whether the purchase is valid from today’s date or from a later date
- Select the payment method. If customers have not yet paid, select "Pay later". This option is only visible if it has been previously selected under Settings > Payment Methods
- Click on Confirm to save
