If you have already sold a credit pass, you can still modify settings or make changes to it at any time, as long as no invoice has been created. This article explains how to do just that.

Credit passes can be customised in the respective customer’s profile.

  1. Search for the customer via "Customers" in the menu or use the general search bar in the top right to search for the customer.

  2. Find the credit pass you would like to amend

  3. Click on the three dots on the right

  4. Select Product details

  5. A new window will open. You can edit the number of credits or the expiration date.

  6. Click Confirm to save the changes

If you would like to add or remove some credits, when clicking on the three dots, select just +1 credit or -1 credit

Please note: the changes made will only apply to the product of the selected customer.
