Would you like to know for which events a customer has used their 10-session card or contract? No problem.
In FitogramPro you can always get an overview of the events for which your customer's product was used. To do so, the relevant product details must be opened in the respective customer’s profile.
Go to the respective customer's profile.
Click on the product which you want to check.
Click on the three dots on the right and select Product details.
The booked units can be found under product details.
WARNING: Only booked units are listed. Cancelled units for which the credit has not been refunded cannot be viewed here.
