How do I change a participant's product for an event?

A participant may have several products that are valid for one event. The system automatically chooses a product. This can easily be changed

If a customer has two or more products valid for an event, the system selects one of them. Contracts are preferred here. However, if the customer does not want to participate with their contract, but, for example, with their credit pass, this can easily be changed.

Select product

Go to the check-in page of the respective event and click on the Product next to the participant's name. Click on the desired product to select it.
