How do I activate the USC connection?
To activate the USC connection, please contact our Customer Success Team at email@example.com. A fitogramer will contact you as soon as possible and give you a short introduction.
Activate events for USC
As soon as the USC connection is activated for you, you will find a new booking group under the name "Urban Sports Club".
For an event to appear in the USC App, the following three points must be met:
- The event group has the booking group "Urban Sports Club".
- The event group has a category.
- The location used by the event group has been verified by USC (one-off verification)
1. To create a booking group
To create the booking group, proceed as usual. To do this, either go to Settings > Booking rules > Booking groups and add the classes you want to unlock for USC.
Of course, you can also select the booking group directly on the event group.
If you want to remove an event group for USC, you can simply remove the booking group again.
Note: It may take up to 3 minutes before the changes are visible in the USC app.
2. To create a category
You can find the category in the details of the event group.
As soon as you have created the "Urban Sports Club" booking group on an event group and no category is selected, you will receive an on-screen message.

Verification of the location by USC
The location you use for your event group must be verified once by USC. Contact our Customer Success Team and simply send the name of the location you use for FitogramPro to firstname.lastname@example.org. USC will process your request within 24 hours at the latest.
Which data is synchronized?
When you create or change event groups, the following data is transferred:
Waiting lists are currently not supported by USC. If the event is fully booked, this event will still be displayed in the USC app, but it will no longer be bookable, and participants will not be able to be placed on a waiting list.
- booking period
USC only supports the time from which it is no longer possible to book (booking no longer possible after x hours before the event). The start of the booking period (booking possible X hours before event) is not included in the USC App.
Can I edit a single event of an event group?
If an individual event is changed, the following changes are applied in the USC app
- start/end date
- start/end time
All other data, such as the event name or location, is, in principle, transferred from the event group.
How can USC members book onto your courses?
The nice thing about the connection is that your USC participants no longer have to book in through the app and through your course schedule.
The USC user can book in for your course directly via the USC app. The booking is then automatically entered in FitogramPro.
The same applies to cancellations. If a user cancels via the USC app, this will be noted directly in your FitogramPro profile.
How does check-in work for USC members?
For your members there is no change. They can use the QR code to check in for the courses. Below are 2 scenarios:
- The member has not yet booked in
If the participant has not booked in ahead of time and scans the QR code, they will be booked in on FitogramPro and marked as present.
- The member has already booked in
In this case the booking is already visible in FitogramPro. If the member scans the QR code, it will be marked as present in FitogramPro.
