Would you like to send your customer a reminder for the outstanding amounts? You can easily send this reminder to the customer by email with just one click and also customise it individually.
Send a payment reminder
You can easily send a payment reminder by e-mail to the customer via the customer’s profile. To do this, click on the product and then on the button "Send payment request" on the right-hand side.
By clicking on "Send payment request" a pop-up window will open in which you can write an individual message to the customer. This will be added to the actual payment request.
Customise a payment reminder
The mail template for the payment reminder can be found under Settings > Notifications > Payment reminder.
With a click, you can change the text of the payment reminder. You can add text or use the placeholders on the lower left side.
The placeholder #MESSAGE# is used to enter the personal message to the customer that we just saw in the pop-up window.
