Do you want to cancel an invoice, perhaps because you have made changes to the product? Here we show you how that works in FitogramPro.
You can cancel an invoice in the customer's profile.
Click on the profile of the customer whose invoice you want to cancel. Here you click on the product for which the invoice was created.
The transaction overview will open, in which you will see the field "Cancel invoice" on the far right.
As soon as you click on "Cancel invoice", a pop-up window will open in which you can confirm the cancellation of the invoice again. You also have the option to delete the invoice completely, but this is not recommended for tax reasons.
Then a cancellation invoice will be created. You can now also find this under Accounting in the menu. Now you can make changes to the product and create a new invoice, which you can also send by email to your customer. You can read how this works here.
