If you have already sold a contract, you can still modify settings or make changes to it at any time, as long as no invoice has been created. In this article, you'll learn how to do this.
Customise general settings
Contracts can be customized in the respective customer’s profile. You can either search for the customer via "Customers" in the menu or use the general search bar at the top right to search for the customer name. Now select the contract on the customer’s page.
The transaction overview of the contract will open, and you can click on the "Product details" button on the right.
A new pop-up window will open in which you have to click on the "Show" button under "Product details".
Here you can edit almost every setting you adjusted when you created the contract. For example, you can individually change the minimum duration or the expiration date.
Important: The fields "Expiration date", "Cancellation period" and "Renewal" cannot be changed afterwards. However, you can change the start date. In the case of a change, the transactions in the transaction overview of the product will also be automatically adjusted.
Adjust details of a monthly transaction
Sometimes it might be the case that you don't want to make any general changes to the product, but just want to manually adjust a monthly transaction. This, of course, is also possible in FitogramPro.
To do this, click on the respective contract in the customer’s profile and click on the small arrow to the right-hand side of the entry you want to change in the transaction overview.
The option "Edit" will open. When you click on this it opens a new pop-up window in which you can now edit the individual entry or "Transaction".
Attention: The field "Transaction date" cannot be changed manually afterwards.
