You want to give your trainer or your employees their own access to FitogramPro? Here we show you how to add a new admin in FitogramPro.
Add a new admin
You can create a new admin in FitogramPro under Settings> Account> Admins. Simply click on "Add new admin".
A new pop-up window opens in which you must enter the e-mail address of the new admin. Click on "Check".
If the user does not yet exist, you can click on "Create new user" and then enter the first and last name of the new admin in the next step.
Click on the button "Register user" to save the changes. In the last step you can now define the access authorization of the new admins. You have the choice between "Restricted", "Full access", "Trainer" and the "API Access". Here you can read about what different roles differ and which functions of each role are available.
Also, would you like the new admin to be notified of customer bookings and cancellations by e-mail? Then you can also set this in the admin details. To do this, under "Notifications", click on the desired messages that should be sent as a copy.
Of course, you can also delete an existing admin at any time. To do this, under Settings> Account> Admins, click on the button "Details / Edit" to the right of the user to be deleted.
Now you choose the option "Delete". In the last step you will be asked again if you really want to delete this admin.
Click on "Confirm" to validate the process.
