Do you have customers who don't seem to receive your emails or claim to have cancelled within the set deadline? With FitogramPro you can easily check this.
In FitogramPro you have the possibility to track all email notifications sent to your customers.
You do this in the Notification summary that you will find in the respective customer’s profile. You can either search for the customer via the "Customers" in the menu or use the general search bar at the top right to search for the customer name.
Click here on the button "Notification summary".
A new pop-up window will now open with an overview of all notifications sent by email for purchases, cancellations and bookings. If you have sent an invitation to your online booking system to a customer, you can also view it here.
Here you can see the date as well as the exact time when the email notification was sent. If someone complains that their credit has been deducted even though they cancelled the event in time, then you can now easily check it out.
