If a customer’s data is missing or incorrect, you can add or edit it at any time in the respective customer’s profile.
To edit your customer’s details, you must first open the corresponding customer’s page. You can either search for the customer via "Customers" in the menu or use the general search bar in the top right to search for the customer’s name.
In the customer’s profile, click on the button "Details/edit" on the right.
A new pop-up window will open, in which you can edit data such as first and last name, date of birth, bank details, etc.
Then click on "Confirm" to save the changes.
Change a customer’s email address
Be careful when changing an email address!
