Do you have customers who come to your classes regularly and reliably? Then simply book them in automatically for a period of your choice. Their space is secured, and the customers don't have to do anything else.
The long-term, standard registration of participants is now even easier. Automatic booking has been replaced by booking series. It is now possible to automatically book a participant into several events in a series and manage this booking. With the help of this function, even a long-term booking is possible.
Complete a booking series for a customer
The booking series cannot be completed by participants. If a participant wishes to book into several (or all) events of an event series, this can be set up in the check-in page or on the respective customer’s page in FitogramPro.
In order to carry out the booking series in the check-in page, select the corresponding event on the Home page or via Events and book the customer in as usual. Click on the arrow (▾) next to the customer's product and select "Create booking series...".
The next step is to select which series of the event group the customer is to be booked and when it is to start and end.
There are 3 different ways to define the end of the booking series.
When a product expires:
If "When product runs out" is selected, the customer will be booked in until the end of the credit pass or until the end of the contract.
If the contract is for an unlimited period, this will be a permanent booking. The customer will first be booked in until the end of the minimum term. If the customer does not cancel their contract and the notice period is exceeded, the booking is automatically extended together with the contract.
If a date is selected, the booking runs exactly until the selected date or until the expiration of the product. Thus, only 10 bookings can be made with a 10-credit pass.
For contracts where the selected date is after the minimum term, the contract must first be extended so that the customer can be booked in on the selected date.
After <number of> occurrences:
If a number of occurrences is entered, the customer will be booked in to the respective number of events. If one of these automatically booked events in FitogramPro is cancelled or deleted, another booking is added so that the number is correct again.
In the example the serial booking starts on 23.07.2018 and the participant will be booked in on exactly 8 Friday events. If an event in FitogramPro is cancelled or deleted, which causes the participant to be cancelled, another booking will be added at the end.
For a better overview, it is now immediately visible in the check-in page which customer has a serial booking and when it will run out.
