In FitogramPro you have the choice between different payment methods, which you can either use yourself or make available to your customer during online booking.
All payment methods can be found under Settings > Accounting and payments > Payment methods.
As soon as a payment method is selected and, therefore, activated, it is displayed in colour.
First of all, you have the choice between different offline payment methods.
Offline payment methods are the payment methods you can choose when selling a product to a customer from within the software.
Here you currently have the choice of:
Pay later: You can select this if the customer is not to pay right away, but, for example, on their next visit. With the payment method "pay later", the payment is marked as "due" (not yet paid). You can read here how to mark the amount as "paid".
Bank transfer: You can select this if the customer is going to transfer the money to you. The amount will also be marked as "due" here. You can read here how to mark the amount as "paid".
SEPA Direct Debit Journal: You select this payment method when the money is collected from the customer via SEPA Direct Debit. You can read more about direct debits here.
Cash: This payment method implies a direct payment on site. The amount is marked immediately as "paid".
EC: You can select this payment method if the customer pays by EC card. The payment is also immediately marked as "paid".
Cheque: With this payment method, the payment is initially marked as "due". This is mainly used in France.
In the second step, you have different online payment methods to choose from. These payments are online as they are processed directly by the customer online. At the moment you only have PayPal to choose from. Soon you will also be able to choose credit card here.
PayPal: To use PayPal you need a PayPal account. PayPal can be selected online by the customer and it will then be marked immediately as "paid" with you.
Now you have selected the payment methods that are available to you.
The next step is to choose the payment methods that are available to the customer during online booking.
Here you can activate up to four payment methods at the same time. We have set this so as not to put the customer off and to increase the booking probability.
