Has the email address of an existing customer changed? No problem, we'll show you here what you must do to make sure that this customer remains connected to your online booking system.
A customer’s email address is the unique identifier in FitogramPro. With this email address your customers can connect to your online booking system. They can either register themselves or they will be invited by you via email.
If an existing customer is already connected to your online booking system and would like to use a different email address, you must do the following to ensure that the customer is still connected to their profile.
First, disconnect the customer from your online booking system. You can do this in the respective customer’s profile. You can either search for the customer via "Customers" in the menu or use the general search bar at the top right to search for the customer’s name. Now click on the button "Details/edit" on the right.
A new pop-up window will open in which the "Online Shop" area will also appear. Now click on the "Separate" button to disconnect the customer from the booking system.
Now you can enter your customer’s new email address in the field "Email". Save the changes by clicking on "Confirm".
In the customer details the new button "Invite" will appear next to the "Online shop" field. Last but not least, you have to send the customer another invitation to your online booking system. You can find out exactly how this works here.
As soon as your customer has reconnected to the online booking system, they can log in as usual with their new email address and continue to see any of the products they have purchased and any bookings they have made.
