Are new customers coming along every day and your courses bursting at the seams? Fortunately, customer management in FitogramPro is a piece of cake! Creating and editing only takes a few seconds!
In FitogramPro customers can be easily created and edited. Customer management is done via "Customers" in the menu.
To create a new customer in FitogramPro, click on the big plus sign in the upper right-hand corner and select the option "New customer".
A new pop-up window will open in which you can enter all the customer’s details.
First and last names are mandatory fields, but you also have the possibility to add a picture, date of birth, bank details and other customer information.
In order to invite your customer to your online booking system, where they can manage their bookings themselves and buy products, it is also important to enter a valid email address. In FitogramPro, this address is the unique identifier of a customer. Therefore, email addresses must not be assigned twice.
Once you have entered all the data, click on "Confirm" to save the changes.
Create new customers directly in the check-in area of an event
You can also create a new customer in the check-in area of an event. This is especially helpful if a new customer comes to the studio during peak hours and you want to register them as a customer and book them into a course at the same time.
To do this, simply click on "Check-In new customer" in the respective event.
Four new fields will appear in which you can now enter the first and last name and optionally also the email address and telephone number of the new customer.
You can now see an overview of all your customers under Customers in the menu.
