How the fitogramAPP works

We have improved our fitogramAPP again. Your smartphone should update the app automatically. If you have not activated automatic updates for your smartphone, then reload the fitogramAPP from your App Store.
Via the fitogramAPP your members can register with you in the studio and buy new products. They will also find an overview of their next booked courses, classes and workshops. To make it easier for you to get started, we have summarised a few important things here.
Important: If you can't find your studio in the app, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of the setup.
Once the app has been downloaded, either from the App Store or the Google Play Store, the following screen will appear:
If your customers are already registered in the shop, they can login under "I already have an account".
Here your members can log in with their existing login details and then they will arrive at the start screen. It is important that your participants use the same email address that they used to register with you in the shop.
And if someone has forgotten their password or hasn't got one yet, they can reset it by logging in on your site.
By clicking on the magnifying glass the studio search will open. Here you can select your studio. By clicking on the heart, your studio can be added to the favourites and can now be found in the start screen.
All favourite studios can be found under the "Favourites" tab.
With a swipe to the right, you can move the studio to your start page. If you swipe to the left, you can remove the studio as a favourite.
By clicking on the studio, you can access the studio view, where the participant can book appointments or buy new products.
