What information do I need to provide?

So far, Urban Sports Club was only collecting data that was viable in order to provide the offer on our platform. In order to prepare for increasing compliance requirements, we ask for additional data incl. your date of birth (if you are one or more individual owners of your studio) or commercial registry number (if you are a business). Please note that it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate and complete data.

How will my data be shared?

Urban Sports will collect and store your data as required by applicable tax laws. To the extent required for tax compliance purposes Urban Sports will share your data with the relevant tax authorities. They may then share this data with the tax authorities in the EU member state where you are resident and/or where your studio is located.

How can I add my missing information?

If you are a Partner Portal user, you can add your missing data directly in the Partner Portal: https://neo.fitogram.pro/signin/urbansportsclub. Please make sure not only to add the missing data, but also to verify your existing data.

Is this a one-time request, or is it a continuing reporting obligation?

Fulfilling compliance obligations is an ongoing exercise and will need to be completed as soon as any of your data changes. Therefore we kindly ask you to provide the missing information as soon as possible, as well as check it regularly for accuracy.

Partner Portal Billing Information Process

When logging in, you will see a banner on the Partner Portal at the top of the page requesting the needed tax information. As soon as you click on the button, a pop-up will appear showing all currently existing information, which information needs to be reviewed, and which missing information needs to be filled in.

In the first tab, select your correct business type and enter in the correct legal name.

In the second tab, fill in the billing address information pertaining to your studio.

In the third tab you need to provide the relevant tax information based on the business type you selected in the first tab and the country your business is in. There is also a checkbox at the bottom that you need to select to confirm the information you provided is correct.

After filling all the mandatory information in and clicking submit, you will get redirected to an overview of the existing tax information on file. This will also direct you to an overview of any other accounts you have with different tax information, which can also be edited and filled in if needed.

Your tax information can be edited from the overview page at any time.
