You have just been transferred to the Partner Portal and you are wondering how to log in for the first time.
Here is how you can first log in and some tips if you have issues with it.
After the migration, we are sending you an invitation email from the email address
[email protected] , where you can find your new credentials
Caution: You can not login with your Partner Tool password. The email address is the same but you need the password from the invitation email!
Here are some solutions depending on the issues you are faced with
Case number 1: I can not see the email invitation from the email: [email protected]
Look into your spam folder with the email address mentioned before as a sender
Login to the Partner Portal here: Partner Portal Partner Log in with your Partner Tool e-mail and request a new password. See below. You will then receive an email from us to reset the password.
Case number 2: You have logged into the Partner Portal with the Partner Tool password
This will not work as the Partner Portal is another platform and you have received your credentials to the email: [email protected] . The email address is the same but not the password.
Please follow the steps above from case number 1.
Case number 3: I can not see my payouts and my schedule as I used to
If you are using FitogramPro for your own members, you have probably logged in with your credentials from FitogramPro.
The Partner Portal is for the Urban Sports Club Partnerships and as such you should use your Partner Tool email and password sent to you via the email: [email protected]
Case number 4: I have received the email but there is no password in it
You had probably a FitogramPro account that was connected to Urban Sports Club and you can use those credentials to log in
If you do not have already a FitogramPro account, then the solution is to follow the step 2 for the case 1 and request a new password.
Case number 5: My FitogramPro account was transferred to the Partner Portal
In this case, you can use your FitogramPro credentials. When the account has been migrated, you can not log into FitogramPro.
Case 6: I can't log in to my FitogramPro account.
You may have a Partner Portal account on the same email. In this case,
read the instructions for case number 1:
Search for the email with the Partner Portal password
Ask to reset your password.
