As of July 01, 2022, there will be a cancellation button to simplify cancellation processes for consumers. This cancellation button is located in the booking tool for customers to easily and independently cancel their current contracts.

Notice periods are still taken into account
The customer and the studio receive a confirmation of receipt of the cancellation by e-mail
In the customer section in FitogramPro the studio can see the reason "Canceled by customer" in the editing view of the contract.
