In this article, we'll explain everything about our Video on Demand integration.
How does the integration work?
With the integration, you have the ability to upload videos of your classes to FitogramPro and make them available to your customers. Everything takes place in our software, and you don't need a third-party provider to display your videos (e.g. Vimeo).
The videos are uploaded, stored, and displayed by us. All your customers need to do is open your course calendar and watch the videos directly from your website. This means your customers won't be redirected or asked to register with a third-party provider.
How do I activate the integration?
To activate the integration, go to your FitogramPro account and click on "Integrations". There you can activate the Video on Demand.
After successful activation, you can directly start uploading your videos. You can upload videos of all file types (.mov, .mp4, .mkv).
We recommend recording and uploading a standard in HD for good video quality.
How do I upload videos?
First click on "New Video".
Drag the video file into the area to upload it, or select it from the chosen folder. Now decide if you want to publish the video directly or if you want it to be published at a certain time. You also have the option to set the video to "private" so that it is not visible in the course calendar.
Add the name of your video, instructor, language, and video description.
Select which of your offered contracts the videos can be booked with. Please note: So far, the videos can only be booked with contracts. One-way tickets and point cards will follow soon.
Now click on "Upload". The video will now be uploaded. It is important that you do not close the page - otherwise, the process will be aborted. You can, however, minimise the upload window to be able to work without interruption.
After a successful upload, the video will appear in your course calendar in the "Video on Demand" tab.
How can my customers watch the videos?
All customers will see Video on Demand in the course calendar. All published videos will be displayed in this tab.
To start a video, just click on the video.
If a customer does not have a product with which the video can be watched, the video will appear blocked. To unlock it, your customer needs to book the product. To do that, they will be guided through the usual booking process.
Video on Demand is available in all our paid packages. The number of videos you can upload is determined by the package you have. More specifically:
S package allows you to upload up to 5 videos
M package allows you to upload up to 20 videos
L package allows you to upload up to 200 videos
