In order to make it easier for you to understand your customers' behavior, we have grouped your customers based on the number of bookings they made and the last time they booked.

You will find those segments in our new reporting, which we call Fitolytics. Those groups are called customer segments. Here is how the segments work:

🏅 Champions

This customer had more than 10 bookings in total and was active in the last 30 days.

😊 Regular

This customer has more than 1 booking in total and was active in the last 30 days.

🆕 New Customer

😴 Fading Regular

She was a Regular but has not been active in the last 30 days. Think about reconnecting with her.

🥶 Fading Champion

⚡️ One-off
